Brodnica Gelatine Plant continues the long tradition of gelatin production in Poland and is currently the only producer of this raw material in Poland. We have been supplying pork gelatin to the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and entertainment (paintball) industries for years. In the production process, we also obtain feed fat and raw material for the production of pet food.

We are the only producer of this raw material in Poland.
Our history dates back to 1937
The gelatin factory was built next to an existing meat plant. After the fall of communism, a turning point came for the plant when it was purchased by the Hildebrandt family in 1999. Since then, the plant’s production capacity has increased several times. We currently produce approximately 6,000 tons of gelatin per year, using an average of 35,000 tons of pork rind. This was possible thanks to regular investments in machinery, qualified staff and constant improvement of the production process.
Europe's most modern plant
With the appropriate production and technical facilities, we supply pork gelatine according to the diverse requirements of our customers to 19 countries on four continents. The quality of our production process and product is monitored by a number of certification companies. We have been ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 certified for years. HACCP, BRC and GMP standards are the highest form of assurance that international food safety standards are maintained.
